The electrician needed to be an electrician, a person with a license to practice the profession of plumber or engineer, and an attorney, according to the State’s Attorney for the Western District of New York.
The license holder was not required to provide a copy of the license or other documentation of their credentials.
The State Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California said the case arose from a 2015 accident involving a plumber in Brooklyn.
A plumber was performing repairs on the front of a home when he was hit by a car, according a criminal complaint filed in the Southern district.
The plumber suffered severe injuries and died at a hospital.
