Electrician found dead at house in west Sydney

A man who was found dead on the ground at his home in west-southeast Sydney has been identified as an electrician.

“It’s a tragic loss,” he said.

“I’ve spoken to the man’s father and I’ve spoken with the mother and she’s distraught and I’m sure she’s very concerned.”

Neighbours of the property, located in the suburbs of St Patrick and St Mary’s, said they had heard noises from the property on the weekend.

“There was a noise coming from there on Saturday and then it just got quiet,” said neighbor David Williams.

“They don’t usually hear anything, they just have a quiet time.”

“There’s been a lot of police activity on the street this weekend, so we’re just hoping for the best.”
